The owner was most unpleasant person we’ve met on Lombok.

Firstly, when we arrived to the harbour organisation was really poor. After that we got a motorbike with rest of a fuel inside fuel tank. Therefore during the way to homestay the engine has seized. Moreover the owner of the company tried to blame me that it was my fault. He tried to embarrass me with an arrogant conversational style

I discourage renting a motorbike there. He has to know how to behave and treat his clients. It is not professional way right now

Kris has been the most amazing rental resource in Lombok. We booked for a 6 seater Avanza through WhatsApp and it was delivered to our resort in almost no time. Though the car needed some cleaning, it can be ignored as we had lots of beach hop on and off so we made the car dirty as well. The car was an automatic Avanza, and ran without any complications. Overall, no complaints and a happy customer!
